The Cozy Landport Loft

Location was great as attending daughters graduation. Everything that you needed was in the property. Parking permit was sorted out by carrie-anne which was great.

Lots of stairs to reach property.

Everything you need for a short stay, great location

Really is very cozy! Has everything you need. Great location. Kitchen is very well equipped. Comes with basic toiletries. A big window to ventilate the apartment properly when cooking. Clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment.

A lot of stairs to get to the property which isn’t ideal if you have luggage. Kitchen is quite small if cooking a proper meal but fine for breakfast etc. Hot water only runs for a few minutes at a time then takes time to heat up again. Pillows are very flat so didn’t have the best nights sleep

Location was brilliant - just a 10 minute walk to the Historic Dockyards which was our main destination. Very clean and tidy and had all we needed for our stay. Although no on site parking we were able to park on the road just around the corner and Carrie-Anne took care of the parking permits.

Communal area (stairs) were pretty grim and need a refresh.

The apartment is very cozy as its name, clean and has all that you would need for your stay quiet, very modern .I have stayed here for work lots of times and really like it, once its available I will continue to book. Communication with owner is refreshing, very helpful although I never had a problem with flat as its always well maintained.

It's the top floor so lots of stairs, but once you make it up it's worthwhile. Use it as you exercise time...lol

The fact it was a self contained flat with a living room. We even had a night in because it was so lovely. The heating also was incredible and easy to control. The property is bang on central to everything meaning we hit 14k steps per day.
