Very good value for money, small but perfectly formed apartment in a great location. Great for a short stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful, done to a very nigh standard & there is everything you need in it, they even put a Christmas tree up which I thought was a lovely touch

Lots of stairs but it really wasn’t a issue For us

This was our second stay here, the first was just last month and we found ourselves in Portsmouth again and decided to stay at Cozy Landport Loft again. I reviewed it then and my thoughts now are still the same. It's a lovely little flat, cozy & cute with everything you may need - a well equipped kitchen/living area and a very comfortable bedroom with lovely bedlinen. It's very clean & the bathroom is equally comfortable. The wifi works very well and if you need to parking is nearby on the street and parking permits provided for you. Again Carrie-Anne is very helpful.

Just bear in mind the stairs up to the apartment may be difficult for people with limited mobility.

This is a very nice apartment, we stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable & clean. The small fitted kitchen was more than adequate with all the equipment you needed for breakfast & other meals. The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom with a good shower. The location is excellent, walking distance to the places we visited. One thing to mention though is that it is on the top floor via stairs, which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The owners were always very helpful & prompt to respond. Recommend,

Flat was clean, tidy and had all you need for a short stay.

Sofa in kitchen not really suitable to sit on and watch the tv - maybe tv in bedroom would be more relaxing Lots of noise from other flats and communal hallway very unkept . Electrics need covering !
