L’emplacement et le calme

Dommage sur photo ça a l’air parfait mais la réalité nous a déçu, la salle de bain est dans un sale état (plafond qui s’effrite et nous tombe dessus) et ne surtout pas allumer la douche italienne ! Ne pas marcher pied nu le parquet a des échardes suite à une inondation je pense. La cuisine manque de tous pour être autonome pas assez de couvert tasses etc (une seule prise pour 3 appareil )et surtout n’est pas nettoyé correctement du gras sur tout

The place was very clean and had a great location. There was a parking issue, but fortunately, due to the August holidays, we easily found a spot. The equipment inside the unit was very good and sufficient.

The electricity went out when both air conditioners were running. Since the internal fuse was stronger than the main fuse downstairs, the lower fuse tripped and we had to go down and reset it with their guidance. There was no ramp for the stroller from the entrance door to the elevator.

La ducha por la buena temperatura del agua y su regulación. El diseño del apartamento y la cama que es cómoda.

El sistema de ventilación es deficiente y resulta difícil pasar las noches de verano ya que la vivienda cuenta con ventiladores pero no tiene aire acondicionado.

It had everything you would want to use. It was a spotlessly clean apartment in the heart of the city.

Very good location—just 10 minutes from the Porta Nueva train station—in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities.
