Very nice and cozy apartment with everything needed. Perfect location: 3 minutes from metro, 10 minutes from the historical center.

The hot water pressure in the shower was very low

Nice apartment in the quiet area of Torino. Everything is close, and the metro station just arround the corner. Pizzerias, pasticcerias, and grocery stores arround as well. Easy communication with host. Everything was perfect . Will come back for sure.

I stayed five nights. Didn't spend any time in the apartment during the day, though. The place looks just like in the pictures, even a little cozier and prettier. The building's hallway is clean and nice, and there are safety measures such as CCTV and a locked front door to the building. The bed was great, I haven't slept this well in a long time thanks to the mattress, pillows, and blinds. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, I was able to sleep really well every night. I'm used to warm rooms for the night, though. Nicely located, close to many bars, restaurants, a bakery, etc., yet very quiet street and house. The elevator was convenient. Very nice communication and instant help when necessary via phone when the key box for the apartment wouldn't open. There is a hoover and a fan. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Turin. I liked my stay there a lot. Thank you.

There was a very sweet scent coming from a diffuser, which I personally didn't like. Also, there was some bad smell probably coming from the drains in the bathroom, and the bathroom was always a little hotter than the rest of the rooms. Opening the window helped immediately, though. I'm guessing that is why they put up the diffuser. I would recommend to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open and to remove the diffuser instead. If you are used to air-conditioned rooms in the summer (which I'm not, so it was ok for me), you will not be pleased with the place. There is a portable air-conditioning machine but no way to lead the hot air out of the room, hence, while the aircon is running, it blows out hot air in the back, which makes absolutely no sense. There was a piece of pipe to attach to the air-con in the wardrobe but still no way of leading the heat outside the apartment since you would have to attach the pipe to the window (which didn't work) and the window would need to be open for the pipe to go out. Hence, the cooling effect wasn't too good. The machine itself did work though, but there is no way it would ever cool the entire place, even if the pipe construction was working. The bathroom wasn't super clean, but it was OK. One of the showerhead handles was broken, and there was a hole in the tablecloth (which wasn't very pretty to begin with, so why not get rid of it). I didn't use the kitchen. It seemed well-equipped.
