Location, the whole place is welcoming. Our villa was good, but could do with some improvements. Love the pool and the size. It was great for the party of four. Rooms are nice especially the masterbedroom. The maintenance staff attended to the problems we had in the villa promptly and tried their best to rectify the sewage smell problem. The smell still lingered, in fact got worse and stronger after that.

Could be more carefully maintained. The wooden doors are due for a change. The room on the ground floor has a strong musty smell. Couldn’t get rid of the smell even with the air purifier. All the rooms, especially the master bedroom has a strong sewer smell in the toilet. Actually whenever we turn on the tap, there’s this smell of choked sewerage. The whole plumbing system must be repaired. The rain showers have low pressure too, as only a little water comes out of the shower head. A lot of the ‘holes’ in the shower head are are not cleaned, so there was no water that sprays out of it. The bedlinen had blood stains on it, and for me I don’t think they changed the fitted sheet after cleaning as the same blood stains were still there. The electric mosquito repellent also ran out, but were not replaced or refilled.

Prachtige villa. Vriendelijk en betrokken personeel. Heerlijk zwembad.

Het resort is geweldig. De steeg waar je door moet lopen om bij het resort te komen is vies en vol met ratten. Dit komt door een enorm kippenhok wat in de steeg staat. Zeer onhygiënisch en een smet op het fantastische resort. Voor de duidelijkheid hoort het kippenhok niet bij het resort maar zorgt wel voor overlast.
