Breakfast was not very good and many flies on breakfast that was open. We enjoyed the location and beach area.

The electricity was constantly off and on, which gave us also very poor internet connection, and I had to work in-between, which made it very irritating. Restaurant is far too expensive for what you get, there are many much better restaurants in the area for much better value. It was also irritating that they remove our towels when we leave for a period, then we lose our seats and can't find new seats.

То что ключ от номера комнаты, может получить любой практически человек. Который говорит на турецком языке. И регистрация некоторыми работниками не проверяется. Уборка тоже не очень хорошая. Пыль с стола, полок не стирали 3 недели. Которые я там жила. Полы моют плохо. Отель разрешает животных. Ну тогда можно тщательнее убирать в комнате. Воды горячей в умывальнике не было. Только в душе. Я не могу умываться холодной водой. У меня очень чувствительные глаза. И зубы чистить холодной водой тоже не очень. Да на улице жарко. Но смывать косметику и чистить зубы мне надо в теплой воде. Свет периодически включается. Но потом снова работает. На завтрак я заказала только вареные яйца. Так как не ем колбасы, сыр . Давали , но с таким не довольным лицом, как будто у себя оторвали . Поэтому я перестала туда ходить вообще.

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt! Das Hotel überzeugt durch einen hervorragenden Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie eine angenehme, herzliche Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

We stayed at Kalia Beach Hotel Side as two families—ours with 4 people and our relatives with 5, booking 4 rooms in total. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They helped us find the most convenient room combination for our group, which made a big difference. A special thanks to Mr. Arslan, the hotel manager. He is a true professional with deep experience in tourism—he manages the hotel effortlessly and anticipates every guest’s need before they even say a word. The hotel mainly consists of one-floor rooms, with a few rooms on a second level. Those upper-floor rooms can get warmer, but all are equipped with well-functioning air conditioning. We also loved the little seating areas and sun loungers right outside each room—perfect for relaxing together in the evenings. The beach is just a few steps away, and it's fantastic—shallow, calm, and safe for children. You can also enjoy fun water activities like parasailing and jet-skiing nearby. The location is another huge plus: walking distance to historic Side, with its beautiful ruins, restaurants, and nightlife. If you want peace and quiet or a fun night out, both are easily accessible. The hotel’s restaurant is also worth mentioning. The service is excellent, thanks especially to Ali, the head waiter. He’s incredibly experienced, and things run like clockwork under his care.

There’s really nothing major we didn’t like. The Wi-Fi could be stronger in some areas, and the upper-floor rooms naturally get warmer in the summer heat—but the air conditioning works well, so it’s not a big issue.

This hotel has its own private beach front and is very pretty. It’s a very ‘instagramable’ place which I also feel is the reason for its down side. Please read the remaining answer to know more

I want to begin by saying that the cleaning staff and the staff at the reception were very nice. One of the staff members while we were exiting the beach front was also friendly. The good rating is only for them. However the staff who were at the restaurant and beach front on the first day we arrived were not amiable. Often times they’d ignore us/ pretend not to hear us when we’d call out to them. The first time we entered the private beach front, the staff just greeted us with the words “we close in an hour”, no hi, hello, nothing. Apart from that, ordering drinks at the beach front is a complete nightmare because the staff barely pays attention to you when you want to order, then take forever to open the bottles, give you a bill, etc. Sometimes you can ignore these things because we are all human and maybe they were just having a bad day. But it was funny to see how their whole demeanour changed towards guests who were there for pictures and to post things on Instagram. Such ‘influencer’ type guests even got better presented breakfasts. One more thing that you must keep in mind is that they reserve all the recliners on the front row of the beach. So you’d have to reserve in advance.
