I liked everything, place, atmosphere, personal.

Maybe breakfast... The same every day. Will be much better to make a buffet or possibility to choose an option without breakfast.

Delicious, enough food to get by till late afternoon

The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to Side Old Town. The beach was lovely and the sun beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of beds to choose from. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

The rooms were very basic and could do with an update. At the weekends, there was extremely loud music played at the restaurant which continued until the early hours of the morning. We had a room with a balcony, however the balcony looked over the other rooms below so was not ideal.

Breakfast was supposed to be included We waited 45 min and did not received and than we left Nobody care about this situation at the reception

breakfast was so delicious. this may be because of location where they serve it; GEA which is one of best restaurants of the Side beach. and this boutique hotel is just located at the backyard of this restaurant. Seperate bugalows at well maintained botanic Garden is perfectly located 50-75 meter from the Sea.. You are allowed to use beach of GEA restaurant free of charge. Please note that; this beach is also one of the most attractive highlight of Side Beach

DJ performance at GEA lasts till 24:00 and for early sleepers, it is not recommended. Also It is not easy to find the entrance the hotel. We ask too many people + taxi drivers to find the entrance of the road to hotel..

Location is superb - about 50 meters from hotel's private beach. Beach was cleaned and taken care of every night. Deluxe double room with balcony is located on the second floor (there are actually only ground and second floor). The room itself is quite spacious for 2 person, with a comfortable king bed and quite a big wardrobe. Room was cleaned every other day. Balcony faces the inner yard, do not expect too much a view :) Staff is very friendly and helpful Hotel has its own restaurant, hotel guests would get a 10% discount. Cuisine is rich and delicious.

Breakfast. Don't get me wrong, breakfast itself is great - scrambled eggs, 2 sort of cheese, butter, nuts, honey etc. However, eating the same food for 10 consecutive mornings.... menu could be more variative

Beach front location, very nice beach facilities, daily cleaning, serviable personnel. Was renovated in 2022, good mattress. AC correct. Spacious room, all ground floors.

Breakfast only 8 to 10 AM, served at first floor of the Gua restaurant (no AC but ventilators and sea view). No choice possible so the same every day. The personal is very busy carrying this upstairs (like thick plates and recipients all stylish but heavy) so they can’t be very available for any demands, nor for bringing new coffee, tea or milk when it’s run empty. It’s a pity because ambiance and style and view are wonderful. Change this to a buffet would be really a plus. Shower is working but a little short in flow.
