Penthouse w Private Rooftop and Free parking

We stayed for three nights and felt completely at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We’d honestly love to live in a place like this! The private rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning, a true highlight. Parking in the backyard was super easy and felt very safe. You're right in the heart of the city, yet the apartment is completely quiet, no noise from neighbors or the street. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Our stay was perfect from start to finish.

Fantastic Rooftop Apartment in the Heart of Budapest! I had an amazing stay at this rooftop apartment in Budapest. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset – a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal – close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in Budapest. I can’t wait to come back!

Roland has a fantastic apartment. Right downtown 2 blocks from the Basilica. The apartment was 3 times the siZe of any booking we have previously used. It was thoroughly modern and user friendly. The value was excellent... Same price as other accommodations with a huge living space, modern appliances and rooftop seating area. I will book this apartment when I return to Budapest! Home from home and perfect location

Lift broke but was repaired within 2 days. Would also benefit having a couple of sun loungers on the terrace.

Practically everything. This place is exceptional. Roland and his team were looking after us as we're in the Ritz. Even the small details (there were dishwasher tablets next to the dishwasher. The same is true with the washing machine ... and I could just go on. There was nothing too much to ask for. Thank you for the whole team. If you read this review and are still undecided, then don't hesitate any further.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. This is just a gentle reminder to everyone who has mobility issues: the flat is on the 4th floor, but the elevator is only taking you to the 3rd floor. You need to use stairs to reach the flat.

Location was great and the rooftop was also very nice

Bed was very uncomfortable and there were not enough sheets....It was cold!! The apartment is huge and has high wall- I know its April but temperatures were still below 10 degrees and the heating was already off. I think more blankets and stuff should be provided to be able to be warm. Specially at night Also it would have been nice to get hinted about the broken elevator.... I have an injured ankle at the moment and when I checked the facilities, it said that there was an elevator in the building which is true. Its just out of service....
