The Cam Ranh Oceanview Resort

Breakfast was fantastic. The grounds/pool were amazing and well kept. Proximity to the airport is great.

The staff were unhelpful with checking in and out. The place is confusing as to where you are actually staying, as there are 4 hotels all under the one name but have different names within. The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty, but they did provide 1 small tube of shower gel for 2 adults. Checking out took over 15 minutes for them to check we hadn't used anything from the bar fridge. I would totally understand that, had there been anything in the bar fridge to begin with.

The view from the room was fantastic. The staff was great. While the gym has few equipment, it was usable. We love the outdoor pool; it was clean and beautiful.

It was very noisy at the check-in lounge.

The property is beautiful

The service was bad from beginning. After checked in, waited one and half hour to get the 3 rooms. I booked 2 Deluex Double Rooms with sea view and 1 Deluex Suite with sea view. But end up got 3 Deluex Double Rooms. Complained to the front desk, they told me they will let me know after talked to their manager, but no response. Next day I reminded the staff my issue again, they told me that they cannot do anything about it.
