staff wasn’t nice, towels were only changed once a day and you couldn’t ask for more towels. if you need more towels you had to pay for them. same with toilet paper, it was only changed once a day. even on check out day it wasn’t changed. we had to pay for it. location is not good because there’s nothing around there, just the resorts.

A bit too strong smell of chemical for water treatment of swimming pool.

The facilities are in good condition. My family had a good trip. The owner is so friendly.

The staff did not support effectively.. The additional charge was up to 10% if payment by credit card.

Great big room. Clean. Swimming pools amazing. Gorgeous resort

It's the Empyrean Hotel. It's made of 4 buildings. Why don't they call it what it is!!??? We took 30 mins chucking around our luggage looking for THE CAM RANH OCEANVIEW? There are so many check in desks. It's wierd. Breakfast is cheaper to book in advance. There is no shops. It's desolate. No food options within walking distance. No atm! Just at the airport or the villages 10 min cab ride away. Why is lazy rivee closed!!!
