It is near the main road and was so easy to locate.

Super bien ubicado a 20-25 minutos a pie del centro, del puerto o del barrio boo-kap. Zona muy segura con supermercados, restaurantes y cafés. Uno muy bueno justo al lado. Apartamento con mucha seguridad, parking gratuito y personal muy simpático. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones o incluso para trabajar. Cocina bien equipada con todo, incluso con aceite, vinagre, sal y pimienta. Igual el cuarto de baño. Todo lo necesario, incluso jabón y loción corporal. El propietario muy atento, e incluso nos organizó el Transfer desde el aeropuerto. Viajamos con un bebé y tenían una cama de viaje. Muy cómodo en general y con muy buena relación calidad precio.

Todo estaba perfecto, por decir algo quizás sólo cambiar el aceite por aceite de oliva.

I really appreciated the warm welcome at the reception, which set a positive tone for the entire stay. The face recognition entry system added a modern and secure touch, which I found impressive. I also liked the motion-sensor lighting, as it’s both energy-efficient and convenient. The room design was eloquent and thoughtfully laid out, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. The smart TV functioned perfectly, the water was consistently hot, and all the amenities were well-prepared and in excellent condition. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What I did not like was that there was no room service at all, which meant the rooms were not adequately cleaned during my stay. I also experienced a bit of a struggle getting the key to my room, as I was told that I had booked through an agent named Maureen, while I had assumed I was dealing directly with the guest house via the online platform. Fortunately, Maureen was already on the premises and came to my assistance promptly—she was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Overall, despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely book the facility again when visiting Cape Town. I would also happily recommend it to others.
