The house was exceptional, I had no issues collecting keys the forms were pre filled. The parking and location was also great

Loved the location and the apartment was very comfortable. The reception staff were very good, they were so apologetic for the hosts being so incompetent.

The room wasn’t ready at 4:30pm over 90 mins after check-in. I had to wait 45 mins in the reception which is really not on. It made me late for an appointment. The apartment was clearly cleaned in a rush, there was a lot of hair in the shower which I had to clean up - disgusting! Also only given two very thin pillows on the bed.

Location was close to most amenities and tourists places of visit.

My car access to the garage stopped a night before the check-out. When I came back at 10 PM, the auto camera reader did not work. Moreover, my access to the lift face recognition also ended before the check-out time.

Safety and security.

Nothing, all was great.

The parking bay was nice and spacious, it’s easy to park your car. The building is secure. Good secure access control. The apartment is nice and quiet. Modern and neat. The room is sectioned off from the living room, big spacious modern bathroom.
