Location, apartment was great, Maureen solved all problems quickly. Very recommend.

Complementary coffee/tea would be ideal Champagne and wine glasses Cutlery and crockery are a bit old

The apartment is well equipped.The security is excellent. Very well located. Secure underground parking an extra bonus.

The list is to long to mention here, but this listing created false expectations due to portraying to be a hotel but it's an apartment. the reception clerks are extremely rude and the arrival, departure and commuting to the apartment is a pain in the rear. there were no amenities and the owner of the property did not give a rat's bum when we said we were unhappy. the owner said we can smoke on the balcany, the building receptionist made it clear we are not allowed to smoke or will pay a fine. The overall experience was horrible. The balcony was also dirty when we checked in.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the lady Maureen was very nice to us and made sure we are happy ❤️

Location is great,close to table mountain cable car. Hotel does have very strict visitor rules and how many people can stay in rooms,so double check. The room I booked was privately owned so make sure owner provides contact number and wifi details. Stay indoors after dark and you should be safe,avoid dangerous suburbs and Capetown is beautiful.
