Was nice been close to the visa offices.

Not really taken care of. A little neglected. No hand soap. Dispenser was empty. The deep freeze was appalling.

Location was great, in between the waterfront and the city centre so it was perfect to be able to walk to both. The apartment was gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. The host was lovely and sent correspondence via WhatsApp. Great view of table mountain so you know when it is a clear day to go up!

The ladies at reception were not friendly and quite rude. Nothing to do with the host though, but it's a shame they are the people that you deal with face to face. The gentleman on reception were always lovely and helpful.

Excellent location. Close to both stadium and V&A Waterfront. Nice cafes and restaurants right around property.

A little hard to communicate with property to get into building. Flat is a little small and pullout sofa a little hard to use.
