Rooms were clean. Parking is good.

Had a very serious altercation with the host when I called at night to ask him to help with the gate remote as I could not access the premises, he told me he was on his way. After hanging the phone, I kept pressing the remote and eventually the gate opened. I called the guy to say he doesn't need to come anymore as the gate is opened, he insisted I must wait. I waited another 10 minutes and he came speeding his car and I could see he was livid, and we argued for a long time, I got the impression that he felt I called him for nonsense as I kept asking him why did he come when I told him I was able to open the gate, he kept saying to help me. I told him I need to sleep now but he still wanted to argue about the remote, and I got angry as well indicating to him that he actually wanted to fight than to help. It was the worst experience I got and I slept with a heavy heart.

It has a private bathroom, a table, microwave, utensils, couch and a TV

It was not properly cleaned

The outside could do with a bit of working on, the water was leaking at the car park, also the ongoing renovations should be completed. As for the address, the facility could do with labeling outside

I didn’t have one, the only thing that was bad was the sheets of the bed

Air conditioner in my mom’s room was not working. We were told on arrival that it will be fixed the next day..,guess what?…it was not fixed There was water running outside not sure if it was from the tap😪 It’s self catering however no cutlery, cereal bowls

The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom is exceptionally beautiful.

We could get a Wi-Fi connection in the room. We were told wifi extenders were still to be installed.
