The location and safety.

The bedding was dirty and the sheet had blood stains. The couch was packed with dust. Couldn’t sit on the dining chairs and table as they were dirty as well as the cutlery. The shower rail kept falling off, we couldn’t hang out towels. It’s like they were not prepared to host.
