The staff were friendly.

There was no cleaning service. Cleaning and change of beddings available at an extra cost. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The beddings and towels were old, almost worn out.

Large apartment, great location, good value for money

2 bed apartments should have washing machines also!

This was good value for money, modern facilities, kind and helpful staff

It was cold - extra duvets would have been good especially in the evening. Irons did not work properly. No hot water in one of the rooms, and the other room we had to limit ourselves to 5 minute showers or hot water would run out. Had to tell staff to empty bins as cleaning is not included.

I want to be transparent and honest: the apartment is great, nothing to complain about. It's nice and cool because it's in the shade, and the building staff are impeccable.

So why am I giving 3 star? Because apparently a small spoon and a glass went missing. I explained that we left everything behind, maybe placed in different cupboards, and that a more thorough search was needed. "Coincidentally", the glass reappeared after we insisted, but it was broken. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but I believe the housekeeping staff broke the glass and tried to blame us for it. I found that accusation very upsetting. Aside from that, I have to be honest, everything else was perfect. The house is lovely, welcoming, and very secure.

Le manque d'équipement au niveau de la cuisine ( couteaux qui coupent) , pas d'eau chaude tout le temps. On avait commandé un lit bébé et on ne l'a jamais reçu !
