The shower sinks of two showers were smelling a little bit bad. They could have basic cleaning products like detergent so people could use the washing machine in the apartment.

Overall, we were delighted with the experience—especially the clean and peaceful environment, the ambience, the sense of safety, the staff friendliness, the security guards' support and help in carrying our bags and the convenient location, which made accessing nearby destinations very easy.

That said, we’d like to offer some constructive feedback to help enhance the experience for future guests: Kitchenware & Utensils: The apartment was quite limited in terms of essential utensils, such as serving dishes, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. This made hosting and dining as a group a bit challenging. Providing a more complete set would greatly improve the comfort of guests staying for a few days or longer. Breakage Charges: While we respect your policies, we were disappointed to be charged $10 per broken wine glass without prior communication or notice. Transparency around such policies during check-in would help guests feel better informed and prepared. Power Sockets & Adapter Information: As guests coming from outside Kenya, we would have appreciated advance communication about the types of plug sockets used in the apartment. Including this in your guest welcome email or information pack would allow international travelers to pack appropriately and avoid inconvenience.
