Purple Haze Luxury Apartments by AirCasa 2 and 3 Bedrooms

Arrived late at 1am but was still vey welcomed to the apartment. Pre check in was great as team were available to ask questions and put our minds at ease. The apartment was huge so much spacious, all bedroom had a lot of space. The master had an en-suite bathroom, the other bathroom had a toilet and shower and also a separate toilet which is ideal for families. Less than 3 mins walk was a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant which was perfect.

The apartment was overall clean although we saw a few cockroaches. Location was at the end of a dark road but the other buildings were all accommodations too.

Beautiful space in a perfect location, you are really only ever 10 minutes from nearly everything. It is also exceptionally safe with round the clock guards. The staff are more than glad to accommodate one’s wishes to the best of their ability. It is surprisingly quiet although there are many apartments in the area. Gym is a bit underwhelming aesthetically but it’s wholly functional with relevant equipment. I highly recommend the place and would gladly return.

It’s not about not liking it…just prepare to take a minute to figure out your way in and out. It’s a big place. Got lost numerous times but guards and staff are all super helpful.

Eric was responsible of ensuring I was comfortable and any issues were addressed. He did this exemplary and with grace. All the other staff were also approachable which made the whole experience very positive!

Consistency in facilities and utensils across all apartments is essential to avoid false expectations. Having stayed in one apartment with certain amenities and another without can be a little frustrating. Standardised provisions would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The inside of the apartments are lovely

The building work of the apartments next door was an eyesore, blocking views, sun and overshadowed the swimming pool. This was not mentioned and actually did spoil some of our experience.

The apartment was super spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed! Everyone was super helpful as well!
