Modern Studio with parking in shared garden

Very modern clean studio. Inside is absolutely fine.

The outside. You simply need to extend and fence off the side entrance path to the end of the garden. Also fence off the garden at the back as there is no privacy at all. I didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds for that reason. If you make this changes the review would be much higher and I would stay again.

This property was very high end in quality. It was peaceful and beautiful

EXCEPTIONAL!! If I could give a higher score than 10 then I would. It was so incredibly well provisioned with equipment and lovely plants. I could literally have moved in!! They had so many lovely surprising features - electric toothbrush charger, hair straighteners, cooking facilities, beer and milk in the fridge. So many wonderful surprises - including air conditioning and a super skylight.

this is a perfect little private retreat in the heart of the Town, Extremely comfortable and safe when travelling alone and so much nicer facilities than staying in a Hotel, Thank you Ricardo

Excellent location for tube stations for daily theatre trips in London, also great for exploring Epping Forest and the rest of Essex. Clean and comfortable.

Couple of improvements would be the addition of a microwave and a bread knife.

Easy to access property, owner very polite and welcoming. Studio was well finished and had everything you possible need including AC! Highly recommend

Beautifully designed and appointed Modern Studio, secure with today’s tech - Smart TV, Alexa, and the bonus of air conditioning during this September heatwave. Towels, utensils, tea, coffee and the thoughtful addition of a carton of oat milk. I've stayed in many hotels/serviced apartments, this is a little gem if you’re looking for accommodation in the region of Epping Forest. Absolutely recommend.

Location was perfect for one night. Decor was very nice and was a perfect size.

The shower.was really hard to adjust so went from dangerously hot to freezing cold in a smigen of a move. It isnt particularly powerful. I.fear the look out does the mechanics. Also and I know this is personal choice but me and other half have to have our room pitch black to sleep and so we are not woken with daylight, so the window above could do with a blind of some sort. I.had the one and only pair of eye masks (could do with another pair) which was very gallant of him. I dont really like wearing eye masks but better than no sleep. Sorry !

Anna & Ricardo were very accommodating and quick at responding if I had question. The studio is beautiful, and absolutely spotless with everything you need - wish we could stay longer! Would definitely stay again.

Quiet residential area on edge of Loughton near the forest. Easy walk to a couple of pubs, both with outside seating and nice views. Parking on the drive, which was handy. Good communication from Ricardo on how to enter the property. Photos of the property reflected the reality. All mod cons. Stylishly decorated. Bed comfortable. Lovely bathroom with toiletries provided. Fluffy towels. huge TV with all the regular streaming channels. Visiting relative nearby and would stay here again.

Everything was great, following are suggestions rather than criticisms. Blind on the skylight over the bed would have been welcome, as although eye masks were provided, I find them uncomfortable. Unsure if there was aircon as found what looked like a remote control but could not see a unit. Probably me being daft! If there isn't aircon though, a fan would be nice as I was a little hot in the night. A few plant pots outside would make it more welcoming.
