Modern Studio with parking in shared garden

Really modern well equipped studio, perfect for the business traveller.

The patio out front needs to be finished.

Easy parking, access ok, modern internals and many extras with milk sugar coffee tea large tv and many channels. Clean and comfortable although a larger bed would be good

The skylight above the bed is very bad for light sleepers, eye masks we’re thankful provided but not ideal. Spoke to owner who has looked at installing a blind below it.

The studio was done out to such a high standard. Beautiful little touches throughout, very modern & fresh.

Can’t think of a single thing to improve!

Property was clean and overall facilities available were of a high specification (large TV, comfy bed, coffee maker (didn't have time to use)) Host was available and responsive via the phone/messaging with questions prior to our stay Parking outside of the main house, off the road, was very useful and accessible It was really quiet - so were not disturbed by noise in the morning

WiFi was not working on arrival (found router to be disconnected - plugged this back in and was then able to connect) - but was hidden away in a cupboard - some people may not have been able to fix this) TV remote only had one battery (so had to borrow one from the Air Con remote) - TV only had internet channels (+ online subscription channels - so if WiFi and/or remote not working it would have been useless) Plug in sink (in bathroom) sticking in down/closed position intermittently - so made it harder to drain the sink - in need of maintenance Be aware - the large room window doesn't have a blind - so the room is bright in the morning very early (host had provided some blindfolds if you wished) - also able to snuggle under the covers - so was fine...except for an automatic emergency light that automatically came on when moving on one side of the bed - was OK once settled and not too bright but irritating - although appreciate could have been useful in an emergency - not well positioned so close to the bed Some people might find it difficult to access the property - down a narrow side gate and pathway (with some small steps) and then across the garden (muddy for us) - but it looks like the host is planning to re-pave this area which will be an improvement Neighbour was asking a few questions on arrival - didn't get involved (didn't know if this was an an ongoing issue)

A beautiful place to stay, it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and it is so peaceful. The owners are very friendly and keen to make their guests feel welcome.. Free off-road parking is a bonus.

Very modern and quiet accommodation with all needs catered for. All facilities are top of the line, sleek and clean.

Lovely stay. Everything as listed although couldn't see the Tumble Dryer. A chance to make yourself at home. Lovely area near the forest and with shops just round corner. Very big tv. Nice kitchenette. Quiet at night for sleeping.

The skylight was bright early but the owner had left eye masks. I was up early with jet lag anyway. The host communicated remotely a lot via the app prior to arrival but didn't make self known when I was there although I think he walked quickly past flat and said "hi" when in garden. It would have been nice to have had a face to face introduction/welcome so I would have felt more comfortable in their backyard. There is a surveillance camera next to the flat door which would have indicated my comings and goings but I felt a bit self conscious sitting in the garden in front of it.

Self contained, comfortable and nicely finished. Owner was very welcoming and friendly. Really appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge to go with the morning cup of tea, too many places these days don’t include this small but important item!
