"Very nice and perfect location to visit Bath"

Lovely clean spacious room with a lovely view. Very close to Bath centre

Spiral staircase to the top floor. Car parking was very close but £18 a day. £15 service charge added to the bill.

Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choice was excellent and catered for all diets. The location was perfect for seeing the city and it was a short walk to restaurants and attractions. The room (at the back of the hotel) was very quiet with a lovely view.

The hotel was in a lovely old building but was rather faded and needs some TLC - dripping tap, no overhead lighting, lock on the bathroom not working properly, decoration a bit sad, stains on carpets and furniture, mini fridge not working - most of which could easily be fixed. A seating area where we could chat with friends at any time of day would have been good.

"Disappointing otherwise location great"

Location was great

The whole place needs refurbishment, mould around windows, had to run hot water for a good couple of minutes to get heat, bedding as in mattress needs replacing, otherwise staff great

Locatie is perfect op wandelafstand van alles. Personeel bij 1e dag heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

De hygiene op de kamer, haren in badkamer op de vloer. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, maar minder vriendelijk personeel. Douchekraan kon niet aan de stang hangen, was kapot. Hele kleine douche/bad, geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Irritant geluid 's nachts, zoemend aan en uit.

We really enjoyed our stay with you, everything just perfect, the breakfast was delicious, you couldn't have done more for us. We were visiting our Grand Daughter who is at University in Bath, so we will be back and other members of the family will also want to stay. Thank you Patsy and Alan Chinnock
