Venice VIP Guest House

Check-in was possible from 12.00, staff was nive and easily available via whatsupp.

The room was smelly, the curtains were gray from dirt, the fan was full of dust, the sheets had a damp smell, the room had a shabby resemblance to the picture online. The lights switch had dirt from the previous centuries probably. It was all very dissapointing

Great location and comfortable. Very near public transportation and train station.

The bathrooms were good, but no toilet paper in one and no soap for washing your hands in either bathroom! Location is only okay if you take the tram, otherwise is too far from the Mestre station (if you’re bringing a suitcase)

The mattress might be the worst I’ve tried, super hard and not big enough for 2 people. The rooms was filled with mosquitos because the window was open before our arrival The host kept us waiting 20min outside the property before check-in - we ended up leaving after just one night because it was impossible to rest in that room
