Venice VIP Guest House

Very good location. You can take the bus or tram infront of the apartment to Venice. Also you can find a lot of traditional cuisine nearby. The room is quite big, the property is very clean. The host is very kind and responsive.

The location was good.

There were old pee stains on both toilet seats which was quite disgusting. I know the host can’t do anything about the other guests staying at the property but this is something we couldn’t look past.

Quite comfortable bed

Room is very small and claustrophobic but generally clean. Bathroom is shared, which is not presented in description, kitchen is almost not usable because lack od dishes, cutlery and general dirt, but this is not a biggest problem - every doors are extremally loud while opening and closing, so with big amount of people on common space there is no comfort of sleep. We are not recommending this place, unless You have very deep sleep.

The room was comfy and clean. Transport to Venice was easy and there were nice shops nearby.

One of the showers was blocked and soap was watered down too much. Other soap was provided though so not a big problem.

Location was good, as well as room was great for one night stay.

There was a possibility to make a coffee...just you need to figure out the thing with the electricy vire,) it was too short... so improvisation always helps.

The location was very good, it was very close to public transport. The host was very nice and we received the keys when we arrived.

One of the showers was clogged. The kitchen was really bad. We could only use the refrigerator, the rest was not to be used and other than that, disgusting. It was very dirty, there was barely any cutlery and food scraps were laying around. The room was very very hot, even with a fan it was hotter inside than outside.

The price was convenient as we only needed it for 1 night. Need to pay attention when booking as the bathroom was shared and i barely found that info. Wasn't very clear.

Very good location with city centre and all transport nearby. Also the main train/bus station is 15 mins walk. The host is very friendly and helpful. The Wifi is good. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The bathroom is clean. The washing machine is available. We had a big room with a balcony looking out on the main road. Balcony with a table and chairs. Hair dryer is in the room. The kettle is in the room. Shared fridge in the kitchen. Cleaning liquid/washing pods are available. Good place to stay for a few days.

There is no air con. So if you stay in summer it is very hot in the room. And with the balcony door opened in the night, there is a way for mosquitoes to enter. Unfortunately we had a lot of mosquito bites. No private bathroom. There are not enough power sockets. We had only two power points in the room. One socket was used for a fan working all the time as it was too hot in the room and the other one used for everything else. So if you need to make tea/coffee, you unplug your charger and plugin kettle on the floor.
