Friendly owner/host, new furniture, location is great next to the bus stop from where you can get to Venice within 15 min

No soundproofing, you can hear the smallest details of what's going on in the neighboring rooms and outside the window, if you are a light sleeper this option is not for you Lack of at least soap in the bathroom

There was a lot of sound from outside and the bed was uncomfortable.

Good location and quite clean inside.

It is an ordinary 4-room apartment in a block of flats. These 4 rooms are available to guests. The heaters are turned off, so when we visited in January we had to sleep in our clothes under the duvet. Shared toilet in the corridor which guests use at all hours of the night, the door creaks and slams, the door is thin and you can hear the water and everything else in the room. You can also hear what other guests in the next room are doing, not even loud conversations. For this reason, you may wake up many times during the night. It is not possible to obtain an invoice from the staff at this location.

I was glad that the people i had to share the apartment with were nice and also quiet. I had a talk with another guest that stated she did not know that this was a hostel and that she would also write a review about this.

Did not know that this was a hostel. We explicitly searched for a HOTEL. When the apartment was shown to us we were surprised that we will we getting such a huge place to ourselves (as we also booked the biggest room there), but then were informed, that we had to share this space with 3 or 4 other rooms. We also expected the „hotel“ to have its own parking lot but we had to look for a parking space on the side of the street (which required us to get a new ticket twice a day!). As stated above, the other guests also did not expect this to be a hostel, so i guess i did not misunderstand anything in the description. She complained that the other guests, that had their assigned bathrooms used ours and they had to annoyingly wait. It was also very loud at night, we heard things that seemed to be people bombing stuff and screaming. The apartment was also under renovation, everything was laying around and full of dust. The balcony was very dirty (dirt, leaves, cigarettes).
