Beautiful pool and common areas with very friendly staff. We liked that water was provided in our room. Pool was the perfect temperature. Great proximity to vanilla beach.

Not great value for money when you see the room and property in person. For the top dollar we spent, we would have expected better/cleaner. Our bathroom had an ant infestation and our shower could have used a good scrub. Our bed was only a double mattress which my partner and I found quite small. Our balcony door lock broke so we couldn’t lock up at night which was slightly worrisome. There was a large crack under our door which allowed lizards/bugs in - when we arrived we had to take 2 lizards out of our room which stressed me out and we ended up rolling up the bath towel to block as much of the opening as possible. The food was only okay and we found food and drinks relatively expensive. The location was ok but not great as you are not in the main town, although the staff was happy to call a tricycle for us when we wanted to leave.

מלון גרוע!!!!!!!!!!! קודם כל- ראינו בבוקינג בתמונות את הבריכה של המלון והיא סיבה מרכזית שסגרנו אותו ונכחנו לגלות שהבריכה לא מיועדת לאורחי המלון אלא לאורחים חיצוניים שמשלמים כסף. ארוחת הבוקר דוחה, אספרסו לא כלול בה למרות המחיר של השהות, וגם זה לא נאמר לנו כשהזמנו קפה, אלא גילינו בצ׳ק אאוט שכל אספרסו ששתינו היה בתוספת תשלום. ישבנו בבר המלון בזמן Happy hour בה היה כתוב בתפריט וכן גם וידאתי עם המלצרים - קנה 1 וקבל 1 מתנה על הקוקטיילים. המחיר בתפריט על מרגריטה היה 250 פזו. הזמנו 4 מרגריטות במסגרת הHappy hour ובצק אאוט קיבלנו חשבון לפי 380 פזו למרגריטה (למרות שבתפריט מחיר אחר). לאחר ויכוחים רבים ולא נעימים הצוות הסכים להוריד את המחיר לפי מה שכתוב בתפריט כשהזמנו. המקלחת מטונפת. לא ניקו לנו את החדר למרות שהשארנו את הפתק הזה על הדלת של Please clean my room ויותר מזה - לפני שיצאנו מהמלון עברנו בקבלה וביקשנו שינקו את החדר. חזרנו אחר הצהריים וראינו שהחדר לא נוקה. ביקשנו מהם שוב אם יוכלו להגיע לנקות ונאלצנו לצאת מהחדר למשך זמן הניקוי. כשחזרנו ראינו שלקחו לנו את המגבות ולא החליפו לנקיות. בשלב הזה כבר התייאשנו והשתמשנו בחלוקים. לאחר מכן בצ׳ק אאוט אמרו לי שגנבנו מגבות כי אין מגבות בחדר :) התנהלות פשוט מגוחכת. הקירות בחדר דקים כמו דף נייר. לילה אחד לא יכלנו לישון בכלל בעקבות בחור בחדר אחר שהקיא כל הלילה והיה נשמע שהוא בתוך השירותים של החדר שלנו. אין value for money בכלללללל במלון הזה. לא ממליצה לאף אחד להגיע למלון הזה. פשוט גרוע!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely stunning, also set up a happy birthday message in our room with balloons. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend
