El Nido Bayview Resort

The room was nice with an amazing view, especially for watching the sunset and the swimming pool is stunning. The hotel is quite far from the center but since we wanted to stay away from the crowds, it actually suited us.

You do need to keep the balcony door closed because of lizards. The beds are a bit small, and there is not much storage space for clothes. However, there were not major issues for us.

The hotel was beyond beautiful as was the staff who were some of the most attentive kind people I've ever met. Thank you to Bayview resort for your hospitality. Highly recommend

Booked and paid for this hotel and found out after it is not suitable for people with disabilities or a senior, this information was hidden in the small print of there information, The property is located on a steep hill and has 75 steep steps to the property, so my partner has bad knee problems, when I contacted booking. Com to help with a refund I was not helped adequately, was verry disappointed with the hole process , when I went to el nido i view the hotel , which is located on the side of a very steep hill and totally unsuitable for a hotel position, still they have not refunded any money

The hotel was located a little away from El Nido town, Vanilla Beach was located a short walk away along with some retail shops, food outlets and a gym. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

La nourriture du restaurant n’était pas terrible

Good location, quick tricycle into the town. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable! Great shower and pretty views despite the construction. The reception staff were friendly.

The wifi didn’t work for duration of stay and there was no coverage in the rooms either which meant no tv no room service etc. We raised our frustration twice but received no updates from the team. The service in restaurant was poor and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.
