Pico Beach Front Condo

WE HAD TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT AND BUY FROM THERE WHICH IS STILL A BIT OF A WALK

I just didn't like how the caretaker treated us on our check in day.since,we arrived there 30 mins earlier,i already texted her(no reply), so i called her to let her know we were already at pico.after 1 hr of waiting,since my youngest son was crying already,i called her to know when was she,just to find out that she already went at the condo and endorsed to the guard on duty to let us in.. I dont mind if she didn't want to meet us,but, she should have called or messaged us that we were good to go in the unit already. Anyways, aside from that,everything was good,the unit was nice and have everything we needed,they also have their own wi-fi at place. .they were also kind to re do the endorsement form to have my mother be included in the guestlist when i requested it. I appreciate that!overall it was a great stay.

The Front Condo was simple and clean. Although it is showing its age, it was still fine for our short stay. We were not able to connect to Wi-Fi in the unit, but we connected quickly while in the Country Club. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the Lagoa Restaurant, which was excellent. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and left on Saturday. Very few people were around until Saturday, and then the entire place filled up a lot more.

We would have liked Wifi in our unit, and if a few things had been repaired. The caretaker assured us that the broken items we found would be fixed by maintenance soon after we left.
