We had anniversary celebrations and the care taker was helpful to buy and decorate it for us with some charge.

The water should be there by default without asking. Only after so much discussion we came to know water is available upon payment of 50 peso. But thats such a small thing to bother- should be there without asking or paying.

The place seemed to be the cheapest compared to the others. Kitchenwares are complete that you can cook and eat inside the apartment with no problem.

The door is very tight. Hard to open/close. Heater not working properly. TV only has 1 channel. Internet not working. Caretaker/host response time is long. Bed sheets are wornout, not color coordinated. Blankets are thin. Not enough towels. We were 6 pax anf the towel provided is only 3 pcs. Floor was not clean. No rag inside the apartment to help dry the fllor.

Rate was cheaper than all the other condo units for rent. Unit was clean and spacious. Complete amenities inside the room
