Walk to Downtown Salem

Location and parking. Place was comfortable for one night. We appreciated the short walk to downtown.

There is no AC in the smaller front bedroom. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if it was warmer that might be an issue.

The stay was great! Very close to the attractions & amazing food spots!

The distance from everything so amazing. Anything from a quick deli trip to a grocery store was walking distance. The street was quiet and easy to find. Neighborhood was safe and very beautiful with cherry blossoms and lilacs.

First floor apartment so the upstairs tenant so heard whenever he moved. When he was up and down steps it sounding like he was in room with you. Maybe sound proofing the hallway or the ceiling to have less noise filtering down. It was manageable but being in Salem it was kinda spooky thinking someone was walking in on you. I am sure it’s due to layout of apartments.

Love how convenient it was to all downtown attractions. The unit is very comfortable and spacious. Has everything needed for an enjoyable get away. Steve is a great communicator and offered us both early check in and late check out when we requested it. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Will definitely be returning in the near future

The only thing that I dont like is no tvs in the bedrooms. I knew this ahead of time, so I brought my laptop. I just need a tv to fall asleep. So this was easy to remedy.

Everything. It was so spacious & comfortable. It felt like living on my own. I would absolutely go here again.

I was a little confused with the outside door, and it was kind of hard to turn the knob to open it- it might be a bit too close to the frame.

The location is excellent, easy walk to all the places we wanted to go. In fact I parked in designated spot and didn’t have to move the car til we left. Apartment was very clean and seemed well maintained.

It was a little bit difficult to regulate shower temp at first.

The location was very walkable to downtown Salem, it’s easy to access and it was really clean. I also liked that there was a 2nd toilet room (it wasn’t working when we went but with only 2 of us it was absolutely fine) would be handy if 4 people were staying. The beds were super comfy as well. Little mini mart for any essential and decent pizza shop, less than a minute walk away. Would recommend to others and would stay there again if I come back to Salem!

The only slight downfall was the traffic noise in the front bedroom, take ear plugs if you’re a very light sleeper. The bedroom at the back was quiet and I had great sleep the entire time I was there, all the walking helped too!
