Boutique little apartment in the heart of the Old Town with a great outlook, close to everything!

A rental where you don’t make contact with anyone, would’ve been more welcoming to have a small bottle of bubbles, tea bags, oils, even a map of the area to greet you (only a suggestion)

Very clean and charming place and recently renovated I think. Beautiful view that i admire every morning. In the old town, so surrounded by many restaurants. Friendly people around. Good experience at Monopoli

It’s true that the stairs are not easy and even more when you have luggage. But it’s worthy. And hope you’ll have good neighbors who don’t do too much noise.

The final flight of stairs is very steep so you must be careful and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It would help if there was better lighting on the stairs. There was a dishwasher which we did not use. A washing machine would be of far more use, plus a drying line which could easily be put on the roof.

We loved the location of the apartment which was very central and close to all of the sites, shops, bars and restaurants of Monopoli. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable but the star of the show is definitely the lovely balcony with views over the harbor. Communication was fine and the access arrangements were easy to understand. The bed was comfortable, and though quite small, the shower worked well. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, especially the ability to walk straight outside to a lovely range of places to eat, drink and shop.

Before we booked this apartment we read the many reviews regarding the noise from the apartment next door. What we never anticipated was the idea that we would become the problem and that some-one else would be disturbed by us! We are a quiet, middle aged couple who do not play loud music, party all night, shout, or come in late. We do however watch TV in the evening if there is one, especially if the weather is poor and you're unable to sit outside on the balcony. We do not have the volume turned up high (both of us have good hearing), so were horrified when the person next door had to ask us to turn the TV off / down on 2 separate occasions. We were mortified to have disrupted some-one else's holiday, and became so conscious of it that we started whispering around the apartment in the evening. Some soundproofing would definitely improve this apartment 100%. All of that said, the apartment itself is lovely.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location in Old Town. So convenient to everything! Basically next door to the Castle. The view from the 3rd floor apartment balcony was amazing!

The apartment could use some maintenance. Both the kitchen and bathroom sink taps were loose and need attention. The stairs to the apartment are very steep, but I managed to get my case up the stairs. The light on the second staircase was not working making it very difficult at night.

The view is superb! The bed is comfortable.

The stairs…very steep and difficult with even a small carry on bag. And there were no lights that worked in the stairwell all the way to the top floor so it was dangerous.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of all the main attractions.

There was no issue as our neighbours were quiet and respectful but there is an adjoining door to the apartment next door. When our neighbours came in at night, we could hear them talking which was loud but this stopped very quickly. It didn’t disturb our stay but if your neighbours are not respectful or are coming in late/early in the morning you can hear everything. Just something to note.
