Great location. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Refreshing view of the port. 20 minute walk to a good beach.

Neighbouring apartment separated by a dry wall door. You can hear everything going on next door. Our neighbours were blasting music for most of their stay.

Fantastic view over the harbor and very modern fit out with new bed and bathroom is recently renovated.

The stairs leading up to the property are very challenging with luggage and for tall people. Narrow, low roof and very steep. Your classic euro stairs.

The apartment was very comfortable, excellent location.

I think it should be stated clearly the floor that apartment was on as well as narrow steps leading to it.

The views are amazing right in the heart of monopoli looking over the harbour nice apartment with good facilities.

The host did not explain before arrival that we needed to collect the keys at a different location until we had already arrived and were in a taxi on route. It was difficult to explain to the driver we need 2 stops. The steps up to the property are extremely steep and quite hazardous for some people. The paint was crumbling on interior walls and was not as clean as it could have been.

Great location in the old town and comfortable apartment. Highly recommend the stay for the apartment size and location.

Unfortunately the water system in the bathroom always made a noise long time after use and kept us awake some nights.

The location is everything: right in the old town, with restaurants on one side and the port on the other side. Rooms are big and clean, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped (we even asked for a frying pan and we got 2 after a couple of days). Wi-fi is good and the entire place is quiet.

The shower cabin is a bit too small. Also, in order to get to the apartment you have to climb some narrow and big stairs which can be a bit tricky for someone with movement problems.

Breakfast not provided. Location was on a busy alleyway. Not our original booking. Accommodation was changed on us whilst we were in transit to location. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apt. Unfortunately we were having to lift a heavy suitcase up 3 levels of stairs. Host was very helpful however with anything we needed. Monopoli is a special place, everyone must visit at least once.

A coffee pod machine would be convenient.
