The stairs were a little steep.

I have no idea. When we arrived and followed the instructions to check in we were told the keysafe code had been sent via booking.com. Then we were told to speak to the guys partner who prepared the property, then we were told there was an issue with the property and it wasn’t available and they thought someone had told us (even though 5 minutes earlier said it had been prepared and they sent the code).

Didn’t get to see it, we arrived on site to check in to be messed around and told it wasn’t available and had to be refunded. Was then asked for bank details for the refund rather than going through booking.com, was then told it couldn’t be refunded by booking.com because it was after check out, and then told they could ring booking.com to process the refund but they didn’t know how long it would take to get the money back and again asked for bank details. Had to find emergency accommodation elsewhere at the very last minute!

Short stay

No heating or hot water, Was my fault checked late on in the evening should have checked earlier Host knows now

The size was great had everything we needed and was easy to get to

The stairs were hard to get up, could do with more toiletries available.
