La Perla di Boccadasse

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat gute Instruktionen geliefert und war immer erreichbar. Das Apartment und dessen Lage sind nahezu perfekt.

Wer aus der Innenstadt von Genua abends raus möchte, hat mit Boccadassa eine sehr gute Alternative. Sehr gute Öffi Anbindung, italienisches (Stein-)Strandleben, nette Gaststätten. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Leben.

Als Anmerkung: Der Zugang zur Wohnung über Mini-Fahrstuhl oder steiler enger Treppe. Die Wohnung ist funktionell modern eingerichtet, strahlt aber wenig Karma aus. Licht funktionierte erst nicht, nach 5 Minuten dann doch. Videoüberwacht??? Teekanne fehlte.

L'emplacement est très agréable, la sortie de l'appartement donne directement sur la petite plage. Bonne ambiance sur cette petite plage à toute heure, le matin avec le café juste en bas, le soir à l'heure de l'apéro. L'appartement est très propre. Il a du charme, il a un joli design et il a une vue très chouette. La communication est bonne avec les propriétaires. Le parking est vraiment pratique car tout à côté de l'appartement.

Quelques petits choses qui pourraient rendre le séjour encore plus agréable : - des crochets pour pendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain du bas. - un étendeur pour le linge. Il y a une machine à laver, c'est très bien, mais que faire du linge une fois lavé... - des lampes de chevet près du lit à l'étage, ce serait pas mal pour ceux qui veulent lire un peu...

Drukte in de avond op het strandje en het gebied hieromheen. Echter was er goede geluidsisolatie Tip zou zijn om wat folders in het huisje te plaatsen van hetgeen in de buurt te doen is.

Het appartement en de locatie

De lift was stuk en de trap was smal en stijl.

Outstanding location. There are several smaller fish restaurants nearby were great nearby. Actual apartment totally modern and has excellent viewing of beach and surroundings.

Steps up to apartment are challenging as they are steeply pitched. If you are healthy it is great exercise unless you are hauling a full sized bag which was our situation. They do have a small elevator that goes from the ground floor to the apartment but unfortunately was not operational when we weee there. I was a little concerned about the upstairs loft bedroom as it is at the top of some free floating stairs that are stone and the iron handrail is on the wall side leaving a 3 ft section with a rail at the top. If you slept on that side of the bed in my mind creates concern if you got up to go to bathroom and not being very familiar with this layout could create safety concern.

Location, parking, exceptional views. A perfect retreat from the outside world to recharge with amazing surroundings from food, to sea and to the lovely assistance of our hosts!

The house is located right on Boccadasse beach and is close to restaurants and bars, but is also very private at the same time. It is easy to park the car in a private garage very close by. The views are amazing. The bed is very comfortable, kitchen and laundry fully equipped. Communication with the host was clear and very helpful. We will be back.

The location was perfect and having the garage made parking easy!
