Studio at Church House

Lovely central location in Bideford, but still very peaceful and quiet. I arrived by bus and The Studio was just a short walk from the bus stop. Very friendly and welcoming host. Well equipped small kitchen, perfect for cooking a meal every evening to save money on eating out. The huge bed is super comfy and cosy. There are bags for recycling (a list of what can and can't be accepted would be useful) and a container for veg peelings too, very environmentally friendly.

I took someone else's helpful tip and brought woolly socks as the tiled floor can be a bit chilly; nice when it's hot outside though. Personally I really dislike 'rain' showers, and the alternative shower-head was a bit too low to use easily, but I managed.

Conveniently located for walking to local shops and restaurants, the apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated - just what we needed for a three night stay exploring the local area. The host Paul was very welcoming and helpful.

Well positioned for the restaurants and pubs in town. Able to leave the car in the carpark and walk around town. Accomodation clean, cosy and well designed. Well fitted out.

Car parking is a little bit away from the property but readily available (car park attendants are very active!).

Excellent location to explore Bideford and surrounding areas. Easy to find and in a very quiet street. Long stay parking available a short walk away. Studio apartment has been completed to very high standard and has all the facilities required, lovely comfortable bed, great shower, towels etc provided. Great kitchen area and lovely touch with providing tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Nice to meet our host Paul who called to ask if everything was okay during our stay. Definitely would recommend to all and will rebook if visiting Bideford in the future.
