Compact, efficient and well equiped appartment. In excelent location. Good water stream in the shower (rarely seen in guest appartments). The host is very communicative, helpful and even left self made (and very tasty) bakery for us.

Exceptionally friendly hosts, great location and a perfectly clean and well organized apartment equipped with everything you need. Unbelievable value for money, since the price is way under average for Catania center.

Position was great, on the weekend it is a little bit busy, across is highschool, bunch of kids but no music, sound insulation was ok. It is near all main attraction but not in the middle. Appartment was clean and tidy, new. There were some snack on the table and coffee.

Communication with the owner were complicated. She does not know english and we need to translate it to Italian to communicate. Even so, there were no help from her side. The main issue was a parking place. First she gave us some unknownn address, and after, with no answer. We find free parking just near the place luckily. So if you do not need any help or assistance, than this is for you.

Very good location, easy to get there with the luggage and parking. Bellini Theatre almost in front of. 3-4 minutes walking distance to the cathedral. Espresso coffee machine, easy way to the airport.

Good for sleeping and dinner walk, but no view at daytime.

The property is located close to the centre of Catania.

We had to abandon this property, because it wasn't suitable for 3 people to sleep there. For one, one of the "beds" was just a convertible chaise lounge kind of thing that didn't even have a flat surface, it was very narrow and there was a big groove down the middle and the two halves weren't even. Also, there was a really loud humming noise that came on every 40 seconds relentlessly, day and night, that made it impossible to sleep (it wasn't the A /C, but something else). Furthermore, the bidet didn't drain, there were ants running around, even though we didn't eat anything in the property, and there were no proper blackout curtains on the glass door, only flimsy white flowery ones, which meant we had no protection from the bright streetlights that were on all night. We didn't get any sleep at all. This property should never have been rented to 3 people. We had to book elsewhere. The owner was not helpful at all, he just said "not my problem".
