"Room ok but no breakfast"

We slept for 3 night in this hotel. First night was a booking.com booking for 40$. For the 2 other night we negotiate for 31$ per night. The room is really clean. The hotel is new. Staff is really nice but the english is not fluently spoken. A lot of construction in the hotel and in the street (in november 2015)! So a lot of noise in the room! A breakfast was included in the Booking.com booking. But there is no room to eat in the hotel. And the breakfast is just two eggs and a small baguette! And we had to ask for (horrible) coffee... So negotiate the price of the room without breakfast a go eat outside !
