The staff were very polite and they gave us the room early..it had parking lot

The room needs renovation..it had a lot of noise..lights don't exist..one small light in the ceiling..i couldn't even put my make up on

"I cannot recommend."

The location is near the ADO bus station and cathedral. At least from the outside, it appeared clean and comfortable.

I am an experienced, solo traveler. When I stayed here, I was at the last week of a 4 month trip through Mexico and Central America. I had managed to stay healthy the entire trip. However, after one breakfast at the hotel restaurant, I spent the rest of my stay in my room, running to the bathroom. I had the worst case of diarrhea of my life and I am not completely over it yet. I had to cancel my tours, lost my deposit (though, the details of the tour--such as time and pick up location--kept changing and I was uneasy about it anyway) and saw nothing of Merida the four nights I stayed there. All of this was disappointing and uncomfortable, but I was willing to take it in stride. What put me over the edge was that they wanted to charge me extra for "soiling" the sheets.

"Merida felt like "real" Mexico!"

The pool was great! Just like the picture shows, very good size, easy steps in and out. Just a few blocks to the main square, Walked a lot! Always felt very safe.

Really nothing we didn't like. Everyone was very helpful. Bellboys Johnny & Adan were both very helpful giving us information and directions and arranging rides. Enjoyed the daily newspaper in the lobby & Selectiones (Readers Digest in Spanish). Included breakfast was perfect & coffee in the room was great too.

Very nice hotel we highly recommended, the staff A+ We would like to commend Mr.Marat Arevalo and Jessica front desk for exceptional hospitality and always ready to help us, we live in Miami but are planning to go back to Merida and this hotel will be the place we will stay in.

Everyone and everything was great no complaints.
