"Very Good"

The location is excellent. The house is in good condition. However, the live plants in the house need proper attention; when we checked in, they were wilted and unwatered.

The only thing that disappointed me a little was that, upon checking out, we had to strip the bed linen from the beds we had used—something that hadn't been mentioned when we booked the house—and also sort the used towels and pile them separately in the bathroom. This slightly dampened our stay.

"Convenient location & comfy stay"

Great location - walking distance to beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Easy jumping off spot to go to Mission Beach or Point Loma. Comfy condo with two big rooms. It's not huge but very comfortable. Beds and linens were nice as well and beach chairs were provided.

There's a designated parking spot but its an end spot with a wall on the other side. Our rental car was rather large and so it was always tricky to get parked being on the alley with other cars parked next to the spot. Kitchen counter had dried leftover (maybe) pancake batter on it so it didn't feel as clean as it could have but overall would 100% stay again.
