We appreciated the excellent communication and warm personal welcome from Gianluca. The room was well-situated, spacious, comfortable and clean. While not needed during our brief stay, we got the impression Gianluca would have helped with anything!

Our only wish would be better sound proofing. It was not the normal walking in the hall, doors or keys which is to be expected. We could actually hear every single word said by the renter in the adjacent apartment!
