We were very impressed with Gianluca right from the start. He met us at the train station and helped carry our luggage to the property. He was very approachable and volunteered activities and some good restaurants in the area. Also the room was very clean and the view was amazing.

While we got a little lost when we arrived in Manarola, that was our fault because Gianluca actually went to meet us at the station but we didn't realize it. Manarola is a beautiful spot and the apartment overlooks the town from the south side with a very nice view. Incredibly quiet location with the amenities you're likely to need.

Incredible apartment with wonderful attention to detail. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location. Beautiful balcony with a magnificent view which we enjoyed very much! Gianluca the property manager is so kind and helpful. He met us at the train station to show us the way and help with our luggage. He offered us a wealth of information and suggestions for activities and restaurants. He made bookings for us at 2 restaurants that he recommended and we enjoyed the most delicious meals with excellent service. I cannot speak highly enough of this exceptional host. He made our stay in Manarola so very special! Thankyou Gianluca! We can’t wait to come back! 🇮🇹

Good location with beautiful view. Gianluca was extremely helpful with fantastic advice about the area. He even booked restaurants for us. If I could give 6 stars, I would have.

We loved our stay. The location is perfect - very close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and serene at night for sleeping with the windows open. Our contact Gianluca was great. He met us at the property and helped us with our very heavy luggage (Cinque Terre is very hilly so this was much appreciated). He gave us great restaurant recommendations and steered us away from tourist traps. On our last day he was even gracious enough to store our luggage after check out so we could go out and explore. The room is clean and modern with a very pretty view. I would highly recommend.
