EVERYTHING - it was dirty, stains everywhere unclean towels the bed made us itch

The location was good and the service from the management was prompt and generally very good.

The first apartment was poor - no keys on arrival and then when they were located, the apartment had not been cleaned. Although fresh towels were on the bed the bed sheets were stained, toilet dirty, fridge and counter-tops unwashed, bin had rubbish in it. After I sent photos a new apartment was found but it took 1.5 hours from arrival to get into a clean apartment. The second apartment was passably clean (not brilliant) but no instructions were available for the cooker so I had to look them up on the internet. There was a broken light-switch which a previous guest had left behind with a note that was still in the apartment. I was asked to photograph both and send it to the managing agent, so I spent a lot of time sending photos over damage and cleanliness issues rather than getting the rest which I wanted. The apartment had a large fixed window which did not open and there were no instructions for the ventilation system so it was like being trapped in a green-house as it was an exceptionally hot day. The service team said there was no air-con even though I could see a controller for it so don't book this place in the summer.

The convention free parking

The building was not secure as suggested and as 2 females travelling and arriving very late we didn’t feel safe. The room was very hot and there was no way of letting and air in or anywhere of working out if there was ant air conditioning . The bathroom was not clean and the kitchen needed some attention. We noticed an empty wine bottle on top of the fridge. There are no instructions as to how to work the oven. We were left washing up liquid but no tea towel to dry anything. This would probably explain why mugs and cutlery were dirty. Whilst there was a dishwasher there wasn’t any tablets to use. The towels were small and thin and I was pleased I brought my own. We were asked to empty the rubbish into the bin area on departure but as there was no bin bags in any of the bins we couldn’t do this so I am sorry we left the rubbish in the apartment.

The decor was great

In the booking it did not state that there is no windows and it was not clean, the fire or door alarm was going off the time we were there, dog hair everywhere mostly in the sofa, holes in the towels. Our room were not close to each other at all when we booked them together. Dog poo outside too. I have more pictures if you would like them

The location. The quietness. The spacious apartment. The shower. The instructions to obtain the keys and enter the apartment were great with lots of detail.

Property needed maintenance. The clothes rack was broken. There was no iron. The tv picture was distorted and unwatchable. The bath plug didn’t work so couldn’t use the bath. The car gate code didn’t work. The door key fob didn’t work. There was a smell of smoke which came into the property every night. Did not like the booking process and too many emails received after booking.

Good location Nice spacious studio

The room had multiple bogeys stuck to the wall by the bedside table. The job was smashed and also a smashed chopping bored. The room had not been cleared of this glass and kept getting cut and shards stuck in feet after vacuuming numerous times.

Didn’t like …..extended stay and had to make 3 separate bookings Each booking took a separate payment for end clean We left once but paid for 3 cleans….£100 per clean paid £300 …not very good I’m afraid
