Spacious & comfortable

I was shocked to find no mattress or pillow protectors had been used. The mattress was badly stained & pillows were marked. No instructions for oven so unable to use.

We took over one hour to get into the property and weren't sure if we would be able to. The phone number we called kept passing the buck until the neighbour who had had the same problem got them to cooperate for us.

No terrestrial TV. The windows did not open. We requested an upper floor (as prompted when booking) and we got a ground floor. The main door to the building did not open but we were lucky to meet the neighbours who showed us an alternative entrance

Spacious and Cleanliness

It's clean and spacious. Good location.

I'm not informed how to get the key of the apartment after I entered with the password on the date of arrival. Until I asked, the problem is solved. There's room for improvement if more details about the collection of key.
