Dirty and Aircon never service . Sofa very old

No breakfast offered. Location was good with hawkers and malls for food. Walking for exercise was good close to the foreshore. we were pleased that the management allowed us to move into our unit before checkin time. I read the bad reviews but I was in a hurry to get a unit. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was in a much better condition than the reviews. There were a few small requests which I asked the management to get, like cutlery, and internet/TV. A staff, Kamir (spelling?) was polite and very helpful. He gave me an idea of how the units are managed. His manager is contracted a certain number of units to manage. So a suggestion for those who do not want to be disappointed like what I read from the reviews. Ask for unit A38.5 or any other units contracted to Kamir's manager. Most likely, you will have a good unit.

The procedure for checkin was not clear. The office was not attended at all. But the guard was helpful. He said that the office is never open. He directed us to go to the carpark where there was a counter and guard. And that was where the checkin procedure was done. It would be better if the management informed me about this. But the guard was helpful.

The good think about this property is that it is equipped with a gym and swimming pool, and very nice common area at the swimming pool level. There is also designated carpark.

I got stuck at the carpark and unable to enter the lift lobby due to access card malfunction on second day. I sent a text to the host asking for help, but there was no reply. I called the host via normal phone call and whatsapp call, but host's number did not accept any call. I was alone in the carpark, with no help and no one to guide me. Carrying heavy load at that time, it is very troublesome for me to walk all the way down to level 1 from level 4A, using the car lane to get a guard. I was so helpless and host never bother to reply my message until today. Luckily there was other people who happened to come out from lift lobby and open the door for me, and I manage to get in from there. I did not dare to go out at night as I was worried that similar thing will happen again if I left the unit. Host did not even bother to even help to troubleshoot the problem that arise. Also, the towel that was provided was dirty with stain everywhere. I did not use their towel and uses the one I brought instead. Seriously, with this kind of attitude by the host, this would be my last time with The Little Cabin. Never again. I would advise whoever wants to come and stay here to make sure you find a reliable host who you can reach out if there is problem, not the one who will keep silent after payment is made.

开电视机麻烦，不像其他的一开就是了，有2个遥控器控制。 洗衣机肮脏，看到rubber有霉菌似的，日常用品要求才会有。 冲凉墙壁有青苔点点，明显不怎么打理，洗脸盆下水慢。 没提供饮水机，很不方便的。
