Due to the limited accessibility of nearby restaurants and food courts, we opted to order breakfast via Grab for convenience

I was disappointed with the communication prior to check-in, as the host repeatedly declined to share specific photos of the room we were assigned, instead directing me to the website, which contains numerous images not relevant to our booking. Upon arrival, the condition of the room was unacceptable. It was extremely dusty, including the bedsheets, sofa, and bathroom, which was particularly unclean. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functional, further impacting our stay. Overall, the cleanliness and responsiveness did not meet expectations

Please keep extra pillow and blanket.

When we enter apartment, step on floor feel like water and non clean properly. I think they clean before we came there... cleaning vry vry bad.. hair dryer not work.. ironing adapter plug 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
