"Bed bugs"

The most worst experience ever I have experienced with this booking. The house is full with bed bugs. When we reported to management l, they pretend like it's doesn't happened before. But the thing is the bugs surrounds on the wall until the sofa. It seems like it's already having long time ago but they are still let the customers in. When we reported to them, they just asked the pest control to spray and just changed the bedsheet after we insisted. They are not even 24/7 for any emergency cases. We spend 2 nights on the floor since they just let our texted by seen. Very² terrible. We can't even lay on the sofa since the bugs on the sofa also. Our plans all spoiled due to the sleepless night. They just changed the room for us on the 3rd night after we asked for refund on the booking. Highly NOT recommended.
