Near to town

The Penang accommodation was very bad. Not worth staying. Need to write a review. How? 1. TV not functioning. 2. Dirty electric kettle 3. Rusty cutlery 4. Leaking water filter 5. Poor housekeeing - dusty floor The owner of the property must ensure the provided room is in good condition before guests arrive.

"Good stay, but there are better hotels in the area for the same price"

The hotel itself was good. It was a bit older than it looked on the pictures in terms of furniture and stuff. Sad thing is that they only clean once a week while you have to pay a lot of cost for cleaning in comparison to other hotels in the area. Staff and Host is are very nice and helpful. The gym is also good only not a lot of different machines.

Location good for us, public bus just outside so easy to get around. Comfortable and clean bedding. Shops/food close by. Nice pool, closes 8pm though. Good communication from host, easy self check-in.

Wifi did not work. TV did not work/not tuned in. The cupboard area and blind above sink very greasy and dirty. Pool closes early at 8pm but not hosts fault. Lift very busy and slow when on high floor.
