We stayed for five nights. Communication with the accommodation was smooth, easy and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The garden and terraces around the accommodation are nicely kept and peaceful if you just want to stay in and enjoy the views. We got great recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood and restaurants to try. We had a pleasant stay and a lovely vacation.

This accommodation really stood out from all the places we visited in Tuscany. It combines traditional country architecture with modern interior design. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The surroundings are perfect for outdoor seating and activities, and the staff is very friendly and flexible.

Perfect place for a stay in nature in Tuscany. The breakfast is outstanding. The owner and staff was very helpful and provided perfectly all services needed for a fine stay.

Staff was very friendly and gave great advice on local activities. We were not aware when booking, but the venue is on the Via Francigena, so we took a day to do a hike along the historical road. The breakfast was all locally sources and home made, very healthy and great quality food. Great location in the heart of Tuscany to reach many of the best towns in the region: 1hr from Montepulciano, 40mins from Montalcino, 40mins from San Gimignano. We were very satisfied and have already recommended the place to friends and family. Very close to a small town Monteriggioni. I had never heard of it but highly recommend an evening aperitivo and dinner there.

For our needs it was great. We used it more as a base to go exploring. If you are planning to be in the room the whole time, the rooms are quite simple: bed, bathroom and storage space. But why would you go all the way there to stay in your room?

You will need to stick to the advertised check in times, as in the evenings after 19:00hrs it will be difficult to otherwise check in.

An amazing place in a quiet area where you can enjoy the silence and beautiful views. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The daily, personalized breakfasts with local products exceeded our expectations. The owner of the property - Guilia is amazing person who always welcomes you with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a break from everyday life and relaxation.
