The quiet, beautiful house is so comfortable everything you need. Delicious home cooked breakfast. Beautiful views and walking areas also. Friendly dog which our kids loved.

"Beautiful location, great room and delicious breakfast !"

Our room was beautiful, very clean and warm (in December it was nice). The whole location is lovely, and the staff was extremely nice and accomodating. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of different options, homemade plates. Thank you very much, we would definiteley come back another time.

We had a great stay, however the only tiny negative thing is the fact that our bed moved a lot. Even turning around while sleeping makes the bed move and shake, which inevitably wakes up the person sharing the bed.

"Perfect Tuscan base!"

The location near Siena was excellent as a base for seeing the Tuscan sights. We loved the property - how the abandoned stone home was updated with a nod to the past but with modern touches. Our apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Communication with the property was very good, check-in easy and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the suggestions for restaurants and would have tried every one of them if we could have!

The whole place was great. Breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend. It's very close to a walking trail so you can go on morning walks.

"Attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere."

I loved the property and homey feel we received. When we needed an iron, screw driver, recommendations or had postal questions….Guila and her staff were at the ready and it really felt like we were staying with family friends of ours. Super family friendly and in the middle of Tuscany drive to all the different parts.

Would have liked to have a dresser in our room, but we managed fine…just used the bench in the closet to hold our clothes.
