It was very nice and clean enjoyed our stay very much.

Kitchen could have been better stocked becaused we cooked in stead of going out but over all very nice.

It's a nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood 5 min to bus stop and stores close by highly recommend

Nothing it was perfect

The apartment itself was perfectly fine. Too bad it was in a very bad area.

The address in the listing isn't the address of the apartment. I booked based on that address, sent a message saying that I don't want another apartment (since the owner has two places it seems and others had recently warned of being switched to a bad looking apartment) but the owner changed the apartment anyway hours before we were to get there on the check in day. The area that the new apartment was in is REALLY BAD and unsafe. Had people outside yelling and swearing 1 or 2am some nights. There was also construction of a big building right next door and below so it was loud from early in the morning. Especially caution about the area since it wasn't safe.

It was clean and comfortable

We definitely did not get the apartment that was pictured. It was fine but when you expect to see and stay in what was pictured it was a disappointment.

We had a slight problem at the property however Tad was very receptive to this and was able to help sort it out.

The vacation house was very comfortable and provided all necessary equipment to enjoy a week in Washinton DC. We really enjoyed to stay this week.

The property is lovely, its convenient, comfortable, easy to cook in.
